Redpark C2-RJ45 V Console Cable - 3 Pack. Use for connecting iPad / iPhone 3GS/4/4S to serial equipment such as Cisco / Juniper / HP etc RJ-45 serial console ports (3 pack at discount). This cable has 30 pin Apple interface. For Lightning connector based Apple devices use the L2-RJ45 product.
This cable also works with new Cisco Prime "Plug and Play" application.

The Redpark C2-RJ45 V Cable is the Apple approved and tested method for connecting your iPhone 3GS/4/4S / iPod Touch or iPad (with 30 pin Apple interface) to a Cisco device's or other serial device console or Aux port. Designed and tested extensively with the "Get Console" appstore application.
Has the "Made for iPod/iPhone/iPad" approval from Apple. This cable will run at upto 115200 baud.
The cable has also been tested with Juniper, HP, H3C, Fortinet and many other network vendor serial console ports that have RJ-45 presentation. For equipment that uses a DB-9 presentation, add the RJ45-DB9 Female adaptor to your order.
From April 2013, this cable can also be used with the Cisco "Plug and Play" app companion to Cisco Prime Infrastructure v2.0 for use in deploying cisco bootstrap configurations directly from a Cisco Prime Infrastructure server.
Note: While it looks like a Ethernet connector, the cable is only able to use as a console port cable for Cisco devices.
