The Redpark C2-RJ45 "V" Cable is the Apple approved and tested method for connecting your iPhone / iPod Touch or iPad to a Cisco device's console or Aux port. Designed and tested extensively with the Cisco Console Companion "Get Console" appstore application. This cable will run at upto 115200 baud.
Has the "Made for Ipod / iPhone / iPad" approval from Apple.
The cable has also been tested with Juniper, HP, H3C, Fortinet and many other network vendor serial console ports that have RJ-45 presentation. For equipment that uses a DB-9 presentation, add the RJ45-DB9 Female adaptor to your order.
Note: While it looks like a Ethernet connector, the cable is only able to use as a console port cable for Cisco devices.
