In stock orders are generally dispatched the same day after receipt of payment and are shipped via either UK Royal Mail Airsure or Fedex International Priority. For a lower cost option you may also select a non-tracked postal service. Once we have shipped your cables via a courier, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. While we try our best to ship your order same day, sometimes we may not be able to. If you require your order to arrive on or before a certain date (for example for delivery to a hotel where you can accept delivery for a limited time) then please contact us before placing your order to confirm the ETA.
As we ship from 2 different locations, the following maybe useful to help select the best carrier when more than one option is presented. If there is only a single carrier option for your destination country then we have made the selection for you based on best performance, lowest / nil import duties and tracked delivery.
1) Orders placed with the carrier selected as Royal Mail will ship from the UK, inside the EU so there will generally be no import duties payable for destinations in any EU country. Royal Mail services are courier like - they are tracked and insured and arrive just as quickly as Fedex, unless the lowest cost Royal mail untracked postal service is selected.
2) Orders placed with carrier Fedex will ship from Auckland, New Zealand using Fedex International Priority Service. This is the fastest courier for US deliveries, and as the Airconsole and our other products have a non-dutiable tariff code, there is generally no additional import duties or taxes to pay for US customers. Fedex International Priority Service delivers to West Coast generally in 1-2 days and East Coast 2-3 Days.
If you are based in EU, and select Fedex then we will ship your order from New Zealand using Fedex. It will take on average 3 days to reach you, however you will generally have to pay Fedex the EU Duty and tax on your shipment before it is released. Duties vary by EU country, but this could increase the cost by 20-25% and delay delivery of your order.
It should be obvious then that our Shipping charges include the cost of handling and shipping your order but do not include any customs duties you may have to pay on arrival to your country.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Should you fail for any reason to not accept delivery of your order, despite our or our carriers attempts to contact you on your provided email address, and subsequently your order be returned to us then we will refund your order less a restocking fee equal to the return freight incurred by us from our carrier (ie Fedex). Alternatively we will attempt redelivery if an additional redelivery fee is paid.
With the exception of Airconsole TS, all Sales are final. No returns other than for faulty / warranty claims will be accepted.
