For Private Servers hosting between 1 and 4 iOS Devices, this support package provides unlimited telephone and email support calls to Get Console via our support number and dedicated email account. Telephone support operates during business hours only. Email's responded to within 4 hours.
In addition, all major and minor upgrades to the Private Server appliance will be freely available to current support contract holders.
