Recently we have had some issues with our email@example.com email box not receiving (aggressive inbound spam filter) or not sending mail correctly. If you have recently tried to contact us for support but have got nowhere then we apologise. The issue with the mailbox is resolved and shortly we will be implementing a better ticketing system to track customer support questions.
