The Redpark C2-RJ45 Cable is the Apple approved and tested method for connecting your iPhone / iPod Touch or iPad to a Cisco, Juniper, HP, H3C device's console or Aux port (SERIAL not ETHERNET). Designed and tested extensively with the Cisco Console Companion "Get Console" appstore application.

Has the "Made for iPod / iPad / iPhone" approval from Apple.

The cable has also been tested with Juniper, HP, H3C, Fortinet and many other network vendor serial console ports that have RJ-45 presentation. For equipment that uses a DB-9 presentation, add the RJ45-DB9 Female adaptor to your order.

Note: While it looks like a Ethernet connector, the cable is only able to use as a console port cable for Cisco devices.
