It sounds like the USB serial cable is faulty. Plug the USB Serial cable into a USB port on your computer and see if it works.

support no response to me...but 2.50 fw works with old usb serial cable?

i try other usb-serial cable and all works!!!
maybe the original cable is broken :o :o

Please upgrade to 2.55 which will most likely fix the immediate disconnect issue. If it does not we will send you new cable.
