Hi Mike,
What settings are you using in Hyperterm, and what is the physical serial port look like? If you can make it work with Hyperterminal, generally we can help to get it going in Get Console - the issue will be flow control or 99% of the time pinouts.
I think Brocade/Foundry use the cisco RJ45 Console port (I have one that uses null-DB9 and that works as well). Which Brocade/Foundry do you have working?
