I have two private server licenses which were included with my purchase of an Airconsole pro. Unfortunately, i activated the licenses right before changing my ISP, and my static ip addresses changed. I either need two new licenses, or if somebody has access to reset my license so that i may activate them for the correct private server ip address.

I just sent an email with my order number, and the correct ip address for my private server. I don't remember what the previous ip address was. Is this something that is easily resolved?

I don't believe we have received your mail - either that or due to recent support email problems it has been deleted. If you have issues with your Private Server IP address and need it changed please email me directly simon@get-console.com
