Hi Willy,
In our current implementation you can only upload Log files to dropbox - the File manager only take files from Dropbox and put in local storage. You can only get non-log files out of local storage by iTunes.
If it is a log file then from log file viewer tap the file and there is Upload to Dropbox option. You can also attach it to an email.
Our Dropbox integration is getting a bit long in the tooth. Its on the list to improve.
