Ticket 9001, private server licenses

Hello,
I've been waiting almost a week for someone to answer to ticket 9001.
I just got airconsole 2 pro and our company has also several 4 port TS kicking around,
unfortunately, I don't have any information how to obtain our licenses. Please advice.
