Xamarin bindings for Airconsole iOS SDK V1.43

Hi

Attached are Xamarin bindings for the AirConsole iOS SDK V1.43
[Edit: Correction - this is for V 1.43, not V1.5.0 as I claimed earlier. There is no V1.5.0. Planning to update to a later version in coming weeks.]

This allows Xamarin C# apps to access the complete API.

Not every method has been tested but certainly no problem with all the ones I've used and I'd have high confidence they are correct. I'm using Xamarin Studio 5.8.3.
