Wireshark Remote Packet Capture test
I just upgraded to firmware 2.55 and had a play with the remote packet capture beta. I've not tested it properly, but I am getting capture data in wireshark. So I thought I'd start a thread about it to get other peoples findings. If anyone wants to have a go, here's what I did to get it working: 1) ...

Eaton 9130 UPS SNMP/Web card
I've successfully configured a SNMP/web card in an Eaton 9130 RM UPS. I used my AirConsole with the standard cisco rollover console cable and an iPad with get console.

Re: Text very low on the screen
Would it be possible to have get-console default to having the bottom line of text situated above the keyboard and shortcut bar, when using an opaque keyboard? When I connect to a device the first time, it is a pain to press through the transparencies and rotate the iPad back and forth.

Get-Console 2.01 on iPad - side menu
I have an issue in get-console 2.01 where the side menu is too wide for the window it is displayed in. I can only see quick connect at the top followed by gray bars with down arrows below. This happens about half the time I launch get-console and press menu. Rotating the iPad to portrait and back to...

Re: Bluetooth dongle and USB hub
I had a go last night and it didn't work.
[edit:] IT must have been the wrong type of bluetooth adapter. I've got it working with a different one. See below.[/edit]

Bluetooth dongle and USB hub
I see you are selling Airconsole 1 to 2 Upgrade Kits. In the description it reads like it's a usb hub with the serial cable and a bluetooth dongle attached. Can I test out the functionality using a USB hub and a Bluetooth dongle I already have? Would using a hub allow me to use a USB to USB cable to...

Re: USB to USB connection
I have successfully used a standard USB A to mini-B cable with my airconsole to console into Cisco c3850 switches. I don't know if the Cisco usb console port is CDC though, but I thought I'd let you know.

Feedback for User Guide v2.1
Thanks for the new user guide: http://www.get-console.com/airconsole/files/Airconsole-User-Manual-Full-v2.1.pdf. I thought I'd start a thread for feedback. Re: Section 8 Other Airconsole Uses. I think you could add that on any device that you have a telnet application, you can simply telnet to <airc...

The firmware upgrade guide: http://www.get-console.com/airconsole/files/Airconsole_Firmware_Upgrade_Instructions_USB.pdf says for later firmware revisions I should upgrade using "...the built in web based updater at http://<Airconsole IP>/firmware.asp" I'm running firmware v2.03, but get t...
