Serial Bot for Android Interface upgrade and Cisco Shotrcuts
Hi all, I use Airconsole extensively for my mainly Cisco based work and so now do my many of my colleagues. Since the company I work for have opted for Android based mobile devices I was wondering if there were any plans to make a more Cisco-Friendly gui change to Serial Bot? I have had experience o...

Re: Private Server Download
Ok, so in http://www.get-console.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=2 this post, Simon says that PS has been extensively tested with VMWare and I can confirm that is does indeed run with VMWare Player 7. *Holding my hand up* It does not work with Oracle VirtualBox 4.3.20 r96997 (the latest) Y.

Re: Changing the ip address
Hi Richard,
You could also try the command line option:-
com2tcp-rfc2217 \\.\COMXX xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 3696
where XX is one half of the com0com redirect pair. e.g. COM20 used for relay to the AC and COM21 from your terminal app to the AC.
Possibly even write it into a batch job ?

Re: Windows 7 and Tera Term
Ok, so I have now purchased a new Bluetooth CSR V4.0 (Cambridge Silicon Radio) dongle which supports Serial Port Profile. Installing this creates some additional COM ports on my machine and the AirConsole is automatically detected. When trying to connect without com0com Tera Term will not open the p...

Re: Windows 7 and Tera Term
So just to post here what has transpired of my own investigations, the D-Link (DBT-122) BT dongle I used is not BT 4.0 like the AC (Realtek CSR8510 A10). So I have ordered a CSR8510 A10 to see if this will cure the issue.

Hi all, Just got Air Console and it's very good - helps me out a lot. :D However, the main machine that I will use to host Private Server on is an Intel box and cannot use PS due to the following error:- https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B8SvG0QW-jdqMTNfV0o5QS1kT3c/view?usp=sharing Does this need to ...

Re: Air Consol on IPAD via wifi or bluetooth without Get Con
Of course Bluetooth works normally on Windows/Android platforms without these limitations (with loads of 3rd party software available for free). Hi Daniel, I have the same issue, except on Windows 7. The AC is asking to connect to the BT on the Win 7 box, but I have no way of knowing what the pass ...
