The Airconsole IP address directly exposed to the Internet

I will Airconsole IP address directly exposed to Internet such as 199.181.132.250 for remote access,

but found that the configuration change chaos, unable to change, change to the 192.168.x.x of the internal segment is good,

is this normal ?
