Hello,

As in the attached photos, I am having an issue on the iPhone and iPad where when typing a long command in the place where test is. The keyboard shortcut bar is overlayed over the top of the command. When I remove the keyboard shortcut bar then the line that is current being typed on is now under the overlayed keyboard.

Using Repark serial cable, with Cisco 1721.

Thanks for the help,

Dan

Simon,

Issue fixed, half way. So the part about when the shortcut bar is not in use is fixed, but the text still goes under the shortcut bar, making it difficult to read when shortcut bar is in use. Things like tab to auto-complete are nice to have the shortcut bar for, but when the text is very hard to read under the shortcut bar this makes the shortcut bar useless.

Do you have a fix for this?

Thanks,

Dan

Hi Danny

the keyboard popup bar is semi transparent so you can generally see through it - but we are working on making the transparency configurable including an option to make the whole keyboard semi transparent. (which would shift the cursor down to very bottom of screen)

We experimented with the console line start above the keyboard bar but on iPhone version especially we think we lose too much screen real estate so kept it starting above the real keyboard.

Thanks
Simon
