Well a week later and two emails to support and I've haven't heard anything from anyone... Anyone have any ideas on if I can fix this? I've purchased a standard version and have received this should get me by for now but I would like to have my XL repaired or replaced if possible being a network engineer I use this a lot for my job. If it's not possible I'll probably buy another but would like an answer on this.

2 weeks later and 2 emails no responses... Is there any support at all for these things? I'm beginning to loose all faith in buying or having an Airconsole anymore. I like the wireless functionality of this product and Ipad support but this is a little ridiculous not to get any response on an issue at all.
