I have a problem to connect to switch alcatel for R45, I open the airconsole connect.exe and then I open the putty for the serial com 20, it show me the black window and not show me information for connection

I dont think your drivers are correctly installed, please completely uninstall and reinstall from our webpage. Another user also had a problem with PuTTY and Airconsole but had no issue with SecureCRT or Teraterm on the same PC. If that does not fix it, you can also try http://www.hw-group.com/products/hw_vsp/index_en.html drivers for windows - other users like their Windows driver package that is more complete than our one at the moment. I have exactly the same issue. When I try to connect to an Alcatel-lucent switch using the console port (RJ45) , I get nothing on the screen. I tried with putty and secureCRT

It is working if I use a Cisco, Fortinet or Aruba device
