so if that does not work I suspect that the pinouts for your DB9 interface are "Null" rather than straight through and you will need the RJ45-to-DB9 (Null) adaptor
Thank you

Re: Connection error: Failed to connect. Is the cable connec
The "Console Companion Connection error: Failed to connect. Is the cable connected?" is an error you get when Get Console is trying to connect to a Redpark cable that is not connected to the iPhone / iPad. Screen Shot 2013-10-03 at 5.24.41 PM.png The error you get with nothing connected to...

Re: not show me information
I dont think your drivers are correctly installed, please completely uninstall and reinstall from our webpage. Another user also had a problem with PuTTY and Airconsole but had no issue with SecureCRT or Teraterm on the same PC. If that does not fix it, you can also try http://www.hw-group.com/produ...

Re: Airconsole power drain
Yes it does use a little bit of power - the standby time is 14 days from full. Agree this is sometimes a pain if you only use once a month - which is another reason we have the fatboy "XL" version with 3 x the battery.

Re: IBM pSeries P4/5/6/7
Hi Mike, What settings are you using in Hyperterm, and what is the physical serial port look like? If you can make it work with Hyperterminal, generally we can help to get it going in Get Console - the issue will be flow control or 99% of the time pinouts. I think Brocade/Foundry use the cisco RJ45 ...

Re: HTTP Server
We can consider it in next round of development, however right now can you run another HTTP server app on your iPad/iPhone to serve up your Netapp files? ie, invoke the HTTP download from Get Console terminal session, then background Get Console and launch your HTTP server app (i am sure there are s...
