I just sent an email with my order number, and the correct ip address for my private server. I don't remember what the previous ip address was. Is this something that is easily resolved?

I have two private server licenses which were included with my purchase of an Airconsole pro. Unfortunately, i activated the licenses right before changing my ISP, and my static ip addresses changed. I either need two new licenses, or if somebody has access to reset my license so that i may activate...
