Are you able to see all the information that you need to see on your nortel 5510? I;m only showing one line at a time. Am I doing something wrong?

Just received my cable and tested it out on a Nortel Baystack 5510-48T. I was able to used the db9 adapter to serial into the switch. But it only shows one line at a time. This will not work for me when Im in a remote location. I need to be able to see all of the lines in this.
