Faulty Air Console/Tickets raised no reply, no help want to send back for a refund
As Subject states. Never been contacted in regards to the issue I have with my Air Console. I have had enough of this poor service and wish to return the item and have a full refund. Does anyone have a UK returns address? I saw one on the forum but cannot find it now.

Suspect Faulty Air Console. Ticket raised with no reply
As title says. I am an experienced engineer of 27 years and have failed to get my Air Console XL working. I have tried this device on IPAD and Android with no luck. It is my opinion that the device I have been sent is faulty. I have raised a ticket with no feed back in over 20 days. Needless to say ...
